The Consular-class cruiser shifted out of hyperspace and in a flash lthe two Jedi, master and padawan, were in front of Corellia. Days prior the Galactic Alliance had requested aid in a diplomatic situation on Corellia; Jedi master Del Graal and his padwan, Ashyra Kirr, were selected for the assignment.
According to the GA Corellia's government had been refusing to impliment a new searching procedure for contraband and other smuggled goods. They Correllians stressed that it would take much too long and the original system was already working well enough. The logic being: why fix something that isn't broken? It was also suspected that the Corellian government was letting some smuggling go through but charging a high tax on those smugglers, the Jedi were to bring this to the Corellian trade officials attention.
The cruiser descended into the beautiful planet's atmosphere, making its way to Corenet City. As the pilot guided the craft to their designated port Del spoke up, "Ashyra, I trust you will keep a cool head for this. We are diplomats afterall. And Ashyra, I do plan on you speak and interact in this, it will be good for you." The curiser shifted in a halt as it landed in the hangar. Del Graal stood and motioned for his padawan to follow him out of the ship.
Going out and seeing the galaxy was supposed to be exciting, especially when visiting a new planet for the first time, but Ashyra absolutely dreaded this trip. At best it would be endlessly boring, and at worst it would be endlessly frustrating. She had already spent hour going over the details of their mission in her head over and over, and she just couldn't puzzle out how to help these people come to any kind of an agreement. Why couldn't the Jedi Council have picked someone else to do the job? Better yet, why couldn't Correllia solve its own problems?
She tried to squeeze in a few more moments of reviewing the details in her head (which didn't help at all), her master spoke, and she responded with a nod. Ashyra rose to her feet and went along close to her master's side. "I've been trying so hard to stay more level headed, I really have," she said.
Darth Ares: Don't forget to watch the original Clone Wars by Genndy Tartakovsky though, it's incredible and it's also the only Star Wars media where Grievous isn't a punk bitch
